Condolence: I had the good fortune of meeting Kevin once at a deposition my husband was covering in upstate NY. We discovered that our grandfathers were actually brothers! My mother was Kathleen Dooley, named after their sister Kathleen. Related to the Galucci family.
I could tell Kevin was a unique spirit. Kind, devoted to his family and intelligent.

Kevin and I worked together on many cases as codefendants in the asbestos docket in New York. Simply stated he was a great person and a great lawyer. Somewhat of a rare combination of both. In our profession you meet all kids of people and only a few leave the kind of positive impression on you that Kevin always did. I, an so many others, will miss him so much.
Interesting as it turns out my wife (also a Dooley on her mothers side) was Kevin's cousin. We learned this at a deposition where my wife Kathleen and Kevin talked about the family and discovered their family connection.
