I remember him always willing to help us, especially with our new house.  One of these precious memories is when he came to visit us with Aunt Helen and helped me paint our living room and dining room.  The first time one of us spilled some paint was annoying, but when it happened a few more times it became a running joke and the response each time was "holly s**t".  Aunt Helen couldn't stop laughing.

He was so handy, especially working with wood.  Give him a 2x4 and he'd make a table out of it!

And how about him and his coffee - "nectar of the gods".

He was that special uncle.

Him picking us up in Flushing, NY to go to his house in East Meadow, NY for summer barbecues.  He was self sacrificing to drive round trip twice on the same day so we could have a day in the country for our family who lived in the city.

When we were on a bowling team together in Long Island.  Pizza and coffee was the menu item afterwards.

Playing UNO with my daughter Kathleen after Pizza and coffee on Friday nights.

Seeing his newly renovated basement in his home for the first time where Tom his friend helped him design and build it.  Glorious!
